Summary:
ArCH will require that certain questionnaires that it provides (likely in an Excel spreadsheet) be filled out by applying Licensed General Contractors (GC).  This questionnaire will ask questions relating to the GC’s licensure, years of experience in certain types or styles of homes, history of complaints (if any), insurance coverage, website, and other parameters that may lead this ArCH Focus Group to certify certain applying GCs as a Certified Licensed Residential General Contractor.
